Russian soldiers destroyed the Ukrainian self-propelled gun "Gvozdika" in the DPR

In the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), a combined strike by FPV drone crews and artillery from the Southern Group of Forces destroyed the Gvozdika self-propelled artillery installation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on September 29 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The target was located in a residential area of Konstantinovka and attacked the positions of Russian units. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of aerial reconnaissance recorded the shots of the artillery installation in a timely manner and transmitted the coordinates to the headquarters of the artillery regiment, which eliminated the installation.

The ministry noted that it was possible to eliminate the target due to the coordinated work of the military personnel. The destruction of self-propelled guns reduced the intensity of attacks from the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this sector of the front.
