Three-time world boxing champion Irina Sinetskaya has died at the age of 46.

Honored Master of Sports, three-time world champion, five-time European boxing champion Irina Sinetskaya died at the age of 47. This was announced on September 28 by the press service of the Russian Boxing Federation.

"Irina Sinetskaya's passing is a great loss for the entire boxing family. It is hard and bitter to realize that she is no longer with us," the message on the Telegram channel says.

The causes of Sinetskaya's death are not reported. She was the most decorated athlete in women's boxing. She has 11 wins in the Russian Boxing Championship, three World Championship golds, and a European Championship silver.
