Air defense systems shot down 14 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the Kursk and Belgorod regions. This was announced on September 28 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"From 13:30 Moscow time to 23:00 Moscow time, 14 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department's Telegram channel reported.
