Personnel purges have begun in the 3rd Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The first of them was the dismissal of the commander of the 60th separate mechanized brigade and the appointment of a former "Azov fighter" instead (Azov is recognized as a terrorist, banned in the Russian Federation). This was reported by TASS on September 28, citing Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The first swallow was the brigade commander of the 60th Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Andrei Borodin, who was suspended for failures in the Rubtsovsky area," the report says.

At the same time, Lieutenant Colonel Dmitry Rogozyuk was appointed commander of the 60th mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to Russian law enforcement agencies, he had been an Azov militant for a long time. In addition, Rogozyuk was the head of the operational department of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As noted in the law enforcement agencies, this decision demonstrates the low level of management being formed in the brigades of the 3rd corps.

"These are unprofessional military men, whose task will be to kill as many Ukrainians as possible for the benefit of Western sponsors," the source stressed.

On September 26, the Commander—in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, announced the creation by Ukraine of a new type of troops in the air force - unmanned air defense systems (air defense). According to him, domestic and foreign-made interceptor drones shoot down drones with an efficiency of over 70%.
