In Moldova, the turnout in the parliamentary elections exceeded 14%. This was confirmed on September 28 by data on the website of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of the republic.

It is specified that the voter turnout was 14.02%, which corresponds to over 390 thousand people who voted. There are slightly more women among those who voted than men — 51%.

Earlier in the day, parliamentary elections began in Moldova. Polling stations in the country opened at 07:00 a.m. (coincides with Moscow time) and will close at 21:00. In addition, 301 polling stations will operate outside the country to give citizens abroad the opportunity to vote. The total circulation of the ballots was 864.3 thousand copies.

A Moldovan citizen who attended the parliamentary elections in Moscow told Izvestia that voters from Russia are treated very badly as "scum of society." According to her, many polling stations have been opened in the United States and European countries, while only two have been opened in the capital of the Russian Federation.
