A criminal case was opened against the ex-judge of the military court Trishkin.
A criminal case has been opened against Albert Trishkin, a former judge of the 2nd Western District Military Court, who has already been questioned in a case of causing moderate harm to health for hooligan motives. This was announced on September 28 by representatives of law enforcement agencies.
"A criminal case was opened against Trishkin, and the former judge himself was interrogated and ordered not to leave and behave properly," they said in an interview with TASS.
It is noted that the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation has received permission from the Higher Qualification Board of Judges to initiate criminal proceedings on several counts of Part 2 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code (Criminal Code) of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health from hooligan motives motivated by hatred of any social group using objects used in as a weapon") p. "d", "e", "z".
It is specified that Trishkin, who faces up to five years in prison, also took part in a confrontation with the victim.
On July 7, the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, asked for permission to initiate proceedings against Trishkin. The issue was supposed to be considered on July 16, the day when the person involved, suspected of shooting a taxi driver with whom he quarreled in the summer of 2024, resigned.
