Air defense systems repelled a UAV attack on three districts of the Rostov region

Air defense systems prevented an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on three districts of the Rostov region. This was announced by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar, in the early morning of September 28.

"The air defense forces repelled an enemy air attack at night, destroying and intercepting UAVs in the Morozovsky, Kasharsky and Sholokhovsky districts," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The publication clarifies that as a result of the incident, none of the people were injured, and no damage was recorded.

On September 28, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of 17 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), of which three were intercepted in the sky over the Rostov region. Seven more UAVs were shot down over the Belgorod region, six over Voronezh and one over the Republic of Crimea.
