An employee of the Shopping mall (the Ukrainian equivalent of the military enlistment office) opened fire while handing a summons to a man in Lviv. This was reported on September 27 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"In Lviv, a shopping mall employee opened fire while detaining a man...> The man tries to leave, but an employee of the shopping mall grabs him and, judging by the sound, makes a shot," says a message posted on the Telegram channel of the publication.

The attached video, shot from the window of a passing car, shows how a man trying to escape, whose fate is currently unknown, was overtaken by an employee of the shopping mall.

Captured militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), in an interview with Izvestia correspondent Tatiana Simonenkova on September 26, told about their forced mobilization. According to one of them, Vladimir Sirota, he was sent to the front line knowing about the medical contraindications to the service. He clarified that the staff of military enlistment offices decide to send captured fellow citizens to the front in an effort to maintain the number of their own troops at any cost.
