Three people were injured as a result of an attack by an APU UAV on the Belgorod region.

In the Belgorod region, during an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) Three civilians were injured at a production facility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on September 27 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the city of Shebekino, a manufacturing plant was attacked by two enemy drones. Three employees were injured," a message on his Telegram channel said.

The governor clarified that a man with a mine-explosion injury, shrapnel wounds to the head, back, shoulder and arm, as well as a woman with shrapnel wounds to the arm and head, were taken to the city hospital by ambulance crews. The third victim was diagnosed with an eye injury and a shrapnel wound to the chest, and she was taken to the regional clinical hospital.

On September 28, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that 17 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Russia were destroyed by air defense systems in an hour. It was clarified that seven UAVs were shot down over the territory of the Belgorod region, six drones over the territory of the Voronezh region, three were destroyed over the territory of the Rostov region and one more over the Republic of Crimea.
