The court will consider the application from the Prosecutor General to the owners of the port in Tuapse

A lawsuit was filed with the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory by the Prosecutor General's Office to invalidate the transaction and recover Tuapse Commercial Seaport LLC and Tuapse Commercial Seaport Enterprise LLC from the owners of these companies. The corresponding entry appeared in the court's electronic file on September 25.

According to the file, the lawsuit was filed by the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation against Shakhlar Novruz oglu Novruzov, who owns the Tuapse Commercial Seaport Enterprise, Oleg Basin and the foreign company VONIXEL Limited (VONIXEL LIMITED BVI), which, as specified, owns the Tuapse Commercial Seaport. Property and assets belonging to companies and owners have already been seized.

In addition, the Prosecutor General's Office requests that the acquisition of 100% of shares in the authorized capital of the port of Tuapse, concluded between Vonixel Limited and Novruzov Sh.N. oglu, be declared invalid, applying the consequences of the invalidity of this transaction in the form of recovery of 100% of shares in the income of the Russian Federation.
