The Zaporizhia region was left without electricity as a result of the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on energy facilities. This was announced on Saturday, September 27, by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.

"A short—term power outage in the Zaporizhia region as a result of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on energy facilities," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
