Colombian President Gustavo Petro commented on the cancellation of his visa by the US State Department and proposed to move the UN headquarters from New York. He wrote about it on September 27 on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

"The United Nations headquarters cannot remain in New York," he wrote.
