Two soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation survived for 60 days under a damaged tank. A video of them was published on September 26 by military correspondent Vladimir Romanov.

"It is these people who hold positions and ensure promotion," Romanov wrote on his Telegram channel.

The participants of the special operation said that for two months they could not leave their forced shelter due to continuous attacks from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Food was periodically dropped to them by drones.

The battalion commander told Izvestia how he created the most effective combat unit out of ordinary Tver volunteers.

Earlier, on September 24, during the storming of one of the AFU positions in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), a Russian soldier engaged in hand-to-hand combat with a Ukrainian militant and eliminated him. According to him, the enemy was hiding in the bushes when the Russian soldiers entered the trench.
