The farewell ceremony for film director and presenter Tigran Keosayan will take place on September 28 in Moscow at the Armenian Church on Olympic Avenue. This was announced on September 27 by his wife and editor-in-chief of the Rossiya Segodnya media group and RT TV channel Margarita Simonyan.

"Those who did not know Tigran personally but still love him and would like to say goodbye can do so from 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Armenian Church on Olympic Avenue," she wrote on her Telegram channel.

Simonyan also called for understanding security measures during the event.

Keosayan's death at the age of 60 became known the day before. The presenter suffered a clinical death on January 8 of this year, and soon after fell into a coma.
