The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) has fully restored the membership rights of the Belarusian Paralympic Committee. This was announced on September 27 on the IPC website.

"The Paralympic Committees of Belarus and Russia are now fully restoring their rights and privileges as IPC members in accordance with the IPC Charter," the statement said.
