A criminal case was opened against the cashier, who is suspected of fraud in the sale of concert tickets in Tula. This was announced on September 27 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

It is specified that the malefactor did not transfer money for officially sold tickets to the account of the concert organizers. In addition, she sold some of the tickets without entering information into the database. The suspect embezzled the funds received and spent them on personal needs.

According to Volk, the Russian Interior Ministry has already received 22 applications from citizens affected by fraud.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," she wrote on her Telegram channel.

As Anastasia Razdobarina, a correspondent for Izvestia, clarified, the malefactor deceived fans of the popular band "Hands up! "and her scam was revealed just before entering the stadium. However, some of the deceived spectators were allowed into the hall, and they managed to listen to the concert.

"Any fraud is always a bad thing. Especially when it concerns ordinary people who save up for these tickets, sometimes save money, and wait for this date. Well, you see, in our time there are bad people who deceive people and sell them fake tickets," said the lead singer of the band Sergey Zhukov.
