A 16-year-old driver was killed in an accident in the Usolsky district of the Irkutsk region.

A 16-year–old motorist was killed in an accident that occurred on the 1816th kilometer of the Usolye-Angarsk highway in the Irkutsk region. This was announced on September 27 by the press service of the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

"The minor driver of a Honda Fit car was moving from the village of Zheleznodorozhny to the village of Telma in the Usolsky district. Along the way, the teenager lost control of the steering and drove off the roadway into a ditch, followed by overturning," his message says, the text of which was quoted in the Telegram channel of the department.

In addition to the driver, there were four other people in the cabin of the vehicle (TC) who had not reached the age of majority — all of them survived and, after a medical examination, were sent home, where juvenile inspectors began working with the families of passengers to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

It is specified that this car was bought two days ago, on September 25, by the father of one of the friends of the deceased driver. It is emphasized that the man will be administratively punished for transferring control of the vehicle to a person who does not have a driver's license in the form of a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

Transporting the injured to the hospital does not release them from responsibility for leaving the scene of the accident.

Two people born in 1981 and 2006 died on September 26 as a result of an accident involving a car and an ambulance in the Rostov region. According to the regional State Traffic Inspectorate, the accident occurred on the 85th kilometer of the Morozovsk-Tsimlyansk–Volgodonsk highway due to the fact that the driver of the car, according to preliminary data, chose an unsafe speed.
