The former head of a Military construction company, Andrei Belkov, accused of abusing his powers during the execution of a state defense order, signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense, but the court and investigation denied him participation in a special military operation. This was reported on September 27 by law enforcement agencies.

"Despite the contract signed by Belkov with the Ministry of Defense, the person involved in the case will continue to participate in the trial while in the dock," law enforcement officials told TASS.
