"Twelve countries, including France, the United Kingdom, Japan, Saudi Arabia and Spain announced on Friday the creation of a coalition aimed at financially supporting the Palestinian Authority, which is experiencing a shortage of funds," the article says.

It clarifies that the emergency coalition for the financial stability of the Palestinian Authority was created due to the "acute and unprecedented financial crisis" caused by Israel withholding its tax revenues.
