A teenager was injured in an attack by a Ukrainian UAV in the Kursk region.

As a result of an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) A minor was injured by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kursk region. This was announced on September 26 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

It is specified that the incident occurred in the village of Zolotarevka, Rylsky district. A Ukrainian drone struck a moving motorcycle. A 15-year-old teenager was injured in the attack.

"He has shrapnel wounds to his head, chest, abdomen, left arms, legs, a closed craniocerebral blind injury, and a concussion," the governor said in a Telegram message.

He added that specialists provided first aid to the victim. The teenager was taken to the Kursk regional hospital.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense systems on duty destroyed two Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs over the regions of Russia in three hours. It was noted that one UAV was shot down over the territory of the Bryansk region, and another over the Rostov region.
