On September 26, the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Moldova suspended the opposition Great Moldova party from the parliamentary elections.

Earlier in the day, the Central Election Commission of Moldova suspended the opposition party "Heart of Moldova" from the elections. The electoral body referred to a court decision in Chisinau, which restricted the activities of the political force for a year at the request of the Ministry of Justice.
