Sovcombank reports on the volume of social investments
Since 2024, Sovcombank has allocated 3.3 billion rubles for social investments, of which 1.3 billion rubles in the first six months of 2025, the bank's press service reported.
Compared to the same period last year, the volume of funds allocated for social purposes increased by 74%: 1.3 billion rubles in the first half of this year compared to 748 million rubles in the same period last year.
The key instruments of Sovcombank's social assistance programs are the projects "Technologies of Good" and "Sovcombank pro Dobro". "Technologies of Good" is a joint initiative of Sovcombank and the resident Sk Fintech Hub (Skolkovo), in which the bank and its partners provide thousands of charitable foundations with free and preferential digital services and expertise. Sovcombank pro Dobro is a charity platform and marketplace for good deeds, where user donations are tripled by the bank's contribution.
According to experts on social assistance at Sovcombank, social investments have ensured the scaling up of targeted assistance, support for NGOs throughout the country, promotion of sports and educational initiatives, as well as projects to protect animals and the environment. The social report includes funds for charity and the development of social projects, as well as transferred services at a market price.
