Putin begins meeting with Lukashenko in the Kremlin
On September 26, Russian President Vladimir Putin began a working meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko in the Kremlin.
The day before, the Russian leader met with the President of Belarus as part of the Global Atomic Forum at VDNKh in Moscow.
