Sergunina appreciated the relevance of the capital's consumer portal
Over the three years of operation of the Moscow consumer portal, users have accessed it over 2.4 million times. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina.
"The demand for the portal is growing every year. Since its launch, its materials have been accessed more than 2.4 million times. Tens of thousands of residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory, Novosibirsk Region, Bashkortostan and other regions of the country use the resource every month," Sergunina said.
The portal contains more than 230 articles, instructions, webinars and training courses. The list of the most popular articles since the beginning of 2025 includes publications on the purchase of a car, consumer electronics and other complex equipment and the procedure for changing a telecom operator.
Users can also take free online courses. For example, one of the programs introduces the legal framework for consumer protection and the general provisions of legislation in this area. You can also learn about the rules for exchanging and returning goods on the platform and get expert advice.
The portal was created in September 2022 by the Moscow government together with the Moscow Department of Rospotrebnadzor.
