In the first reading, deputies of the State Duma approved a draft law on the introduction of administrative responsibility for non-elimination of violations in preparation for the heating period. The relevant document was posted on the official website of the State Duma on September 26.

It is noted that the bill was submitted to the lower house of parliament by the Russian government in August of this year.
