Calculations of the Hurricane MLRS destroyed the AFU stronghold in the Red Army area

Servicemen of the Uragan multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) of the Center group of forces destroyed a stronghold and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area in the area of a special military operation. This was announced on September 26 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Having received coordinates and data on the accumulation of AFU personnel in positions in the area of one of the settlements, the gunners promptly moved to a firing position, where they deployed the Hurricane into a combat position and fired 220-millimeter rockets at a distance of more than 30 km according to the coordinates obtained. The Ministry clarified that subsequent aerial monitoring confirmed the defeat of the target, as well as the destruction of equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"We're working hard. <...> We are working on enemy artillery, we destroyed the three sevens howitzer (M777 howitzer— Ed.), and the Grads (Grad multiple launch rocket system). — Ed.) the enemy was destroyed, well, and here are the "ereles" points (radar stations. — Ed.)," Denis Petrov, commander of the Uragan MLRS combat vehicle, spoke about the types of tasks performed by the unit.

His colleague, Artyom Yevsyukov, a driver mechanic, whose job it is to keep the vehicle in combat readiness, added that the vehicle used by military personnel is characterized by maneuverability and speed. This is provided by two gasoline engines, which allow you to gain up to 80 km per hour.

Pavel Spiridonov, senior gunner of the Uragan MLRS, in turn, noted the contribution of each serviceman, united by a sense of kinship. According to him, the fighters who have built a well-coordinated work treat each other with attention and are always ready to help if necessary.
