A new wave of selection of particularly significant projects has begun, aimed at replacing foreign projects in the IT sector, and 8.3 billion rubles will be allocated to them. This was announced on September 25 by the Ministry of Finance.

"OZPS will receive a state grant of up to 50% of their cost. A grant in the amount of 100 million to 2 billion rubles can be received by the project customer or a consortium. In 2025, 8.3 billion rubles will be allocated to support projects," the Telegram channel said.

In order to receive a grant, the project must meet the following conditions: the project must meet the priority areas, have export potential, be replicated, and its implementation period should be no more than four years.

The Ministry of Finance also noted that the OPP is a step towards technological independence, strengthening industry and creating competitive domestic products.

As part of the Russian Internet Forum (RIF-2025), a meeting of the Ministry of Digital Economy was held on September 24, at which new services of the national messenger MAX were presented. It is noted that the main topic was the prospects for the development of the messenger as a secure channel for daily communication with government agencies and companies.
