Podolyaka reported on Zelensky's preparations for the invasion of Transnistria

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is preparing the country for a possible military conflict with the Transnistrian region of Moldova. This was announced on September 25 by military expert Yuri Podolyaka.

"The speech <...> at the UN General Assembly was very remarkable in detail. And one of these details concerned the situation in Moldova and directly related to Transnistria," Podolyaka wrote on his Telegram channel.

He also provided a list of officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) who have been deployed to Moldova recently. In addition, intelligence and conventional military are active in this area. According to the expert, they are studying the area for possible military operations.

Chisinau is counting on the help of the pro-Western diaspora and is increasing pressure on the opposition.

The day before, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reported that NATO was preparing a "landing force" in the Odessa region of Ukraine to intimidate the Transnistrian region of Moldova. According to the SVR, this scenario has been repeatedly worked out at the exercises of the North Atlantic Alliance in Romania.
