The volunteer project "Time for Good" has prepared 65 events in various areas of volunteerism, which will be held from September 27 to October 5. This was announced on September 25 by the portal mos.ru .

Vremya Dobra is a large—scale volunteer project. The main goal is to develop a culture of volunteerism and organize systematic charitable assistance.

"In the autumn season of the Time for Good project, we have prepared a rich program for Muscovites. An important part of it will be events dedicated to the Day of the Reunification of New Regions with Russia and the Day of the Older Generation," said Ekaterina Dragunova, organizer, Chairman of the Committee on Public Relations and Youth Policy of the City of Moscow.

Dragunova claims that the project shows how, through simple and sincere actions, you can give warmth and joy to others, and provide real help to those who need it most.

The Time of Good project presents events dedicated to patriotism, caring for the older generation, ecology and animal welfare, as well as reception points that accept animal feed from shelters in the Belgorod region and recyclables.

During the project's events, Muscovites will be able to receive points that can be exchanged for souvenirs.

On September 24, Sergei Sobyanin announced in his blog that 229 projects had won the Moscow Mayor's grant competition for socially oriented non-profit organizations. About a third of organizations will receive such support for the first time.
