Russian schools have received documents and algorithms of actions in case of attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles. This was announced on September 25 by First Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bugaev.

He noted that the country hosts All-Russian exercises twice a year, which practice the actions of students, teachers and all staff of educational organizations in such situations.

"(Schools. — Ed.) have the relevant documents and algorithms of actions," Bugaev said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The Minister recalled that in April 2024, exercises on terrorist threats and air alerts were conducted in all educational institutions of the Russian Federation, organized by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Rosgvardiya in accordance with the instructions of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee.

Earlier, on September 23, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported a threat of a drone attack in Kazan. The agency called on residents to take safety measures and recommended that they go down to shelter and not approach the windows. Later, teachers of Kazan schools and kindergartens transferred children to special safe rooms amid the threat of drone attacks.
