Kondratiev reported two deaths in the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces UAV on Novorossiysk.

Two people died as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the center of Novorossiysk using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on September 24 by the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratiev.

"Drones struck the city center in the middle of the day. <...> According to preliminary information, two dead are known. <...> Five residential buildings, including apartment buildings, as well as a hotel building, were damaged," the message posted on his Telegram channel says.

The head of the region urged residents to remain calm, as well as, if possible, stay at home and not go out unnecessarily. Kondratiev clarified that he had instructed the head of Novorossiysk, Andrei Kravchenko, to provide all necessary assistance to the victims of the incident.

On the same day, Anna Minkova, Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, reported 12 casualties as a result of the Ukrainian attack on Novorossiysk. She noted that 10 injured people, two of whom are in serious condition, were taken to the Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1.
