The air temperature in Moscow will range from +9 to +11 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +2.

In the Moscow region, it will be from +6 to +11 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to 0 degrees.

A northerly and northwesterly wind with a speed of 5-11 m/s is expected.

Anatoly Tsygankov, Deputy head of the situation center of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, in an interview with Izvestia on September 22, ruled out snowfall in Moscow and the Moscow region at the end of the working week from September 22 to 28, despite the fact that the air temperature will begin to decrease in the middle of the week. Tsygankov, however, did not rule out that "a couple of snowflakes" could fall outside the city at zero temperatures.
