Vucic proposed Belgrade as a place of dialogue for all conflicting countries
Belgrade could become a negotiating platform for all countries where armed conflicts are currently taking place, and Serbia could ensure the safety of the participants. This was stated on September 24 by the country's President Alexander Vucic, speaking at the United Nations General Assembly (UN), his words are reported by the Serbian Novosti portal.
"I want to propose Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, as a place, a platform for dialogue for all countries where conflicts are taking place. We will provide maximum hospitality and security for all participants," the Serbian leader said.
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said on September 24 that the country does not consider itself a mediator in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. At the same time, if there is a need, Kazakhstan will be able to provide a place for meetings and negotiations at all levels, he added.
