Russian athlete Roman Zhdanov became a seven-time world champion in paragliding on September 24, winning the 50 m backstroke in the S4 class, which took place in Singapore.
The athlete showed the result in 41.47 seconds. Cameron Leslie from New Zealand took the second place (42.54), while Arnost Petracek from the Czech Republic took the third place.
The 27-year-old athlete has won seven gold medals at the world championships. At the same time, Zhdanov is a three-time winner of the Tokyo Paralympics.
