Moscow has protested to Moldovan Ambassador Lilian Darius after Chisinau refused to accredit Russian representatives as observers as part of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) mission Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). This was announced on September 24 by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
It is noted that these actions of the Moldovan authorities are a violation of international obligations.
