A court in Yoshkar-Ola recovered 14.9 million rubles from a resident of Kazan, Varvara Yuzhanina, in favor of singer Larisa Dolina. This became known on September 24 from the documents reviewed by Izvestia.

According to the court, Yuzhanina's bank card was used by intruders to withdraw funds from Dolina's accounts. Earlier, a resident of Kazan reported the loss of her cards and phone, but did not provide the court with evidence indicating that she had contacted the police or the bank.

It is noted that later the Southerner confessed to handing over her card to an unknown person for 10 thousand rubles. Besides, she knew that money would be withdrawn through her.

It is specified that 13 million rubles were recovered from the woman for unjustified enrichment, and about 1.9 million rubles were accrued as interest for using other people's money.

In addition to Yuzhanina, there are several other defendants in the case. According to the court's decision, the total amount to be recovered from all defendants in favor of Dolina will amount to about 54 million rubles.

Dolina reported that she had become a victim of fraud in August 2024. The attackers convinced her to sell her apartment in the center of Moscow, and transfer the money allegedly to a secure account. Polina Lurie, a 34-year-old single mother, became the new owner of the apartment. A criminal case was opened.

In March of this year, the Khamovnicheskiy district court of Moscow ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and the buyer of her apartment, Polina Lurie. The court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of the actress in the criminal case of fraud with her apartment.

On July 4, the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor's office announced that the investigation into the Dolina apartment fraud case had been completed. Later, on September 8, the Moscow city court upheld the decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for singer Larisa Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter.
