Sergunina spoke about the launch of a section dedicated to VDNH on mos.ru

On the portal mos.ru A section dedicated to VDNH has been launched, said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow. It contains key facts about the country's main exhibition — its history, traditions and development strategy until 2030.

The online project consists of several thematic blocks, Sergunina noted. "The first one tells about the revival of the complex, which began in 2014. VDNKH not only restored architectural monuments, but also created new objects that are already beloved by Muscovites and tourists," said the deputy mayor.
Among them are the Moskvarium, the Aerial Tramway cable car and the Atom Museum, she noted.

The information was accompanied by historical photographs and photographs of renovated pavilions, fountains, monuments and scenic locations. Special attention on the page was paid to the museum and exhibition cluster, which includes more than 30 objects, including the Cosmonautics and Aviation Center, the Slovo Museum of Slavic Writing and the Cinema Museum. At the end of 2024, a Museum of Heroism dedicated to the exploits of the defenders of the Fatherland was opened in Pavilion No. 59 "Grain". This year, the only Biocluster in Russia appeared on the territory of the complex.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 18 million people have visited VDNH, 10.5 million of them in the summer, Sergunina said. "Thousands of events have been organized for the guests: festivals, concerts, sports competitions and business forums. During the warm season, the guides have developed about 60 new tours of the museums and the complex," the Deputy mayor emphasized.

VDNKH is a large—scale cultural and educational complex that unites 42 restored cultural heritage sites and 325 hectares of landscaped public space. The territory has become one of the key sites of the large-scale "Summer in Moscow" project. In 2025, a development strategy was adopted, which will determine the appearance of VDNH until 2030.
