Moscow has decided to include five more sites in the renovation program, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said in the MAX messenger. Resolutions on the integrated development of non-residential areas in seven districts were also signed.
The renovation program will include territories on Bolshaya Maryinskaya, Khersonskaya, Partizanskaya and Budyonny Avenue, the mayor said. 75 thousand square meters of housing will be built on the sites, it is noted on mos.ru . Thanks to the construction, 1,073 apartments in 15 old buildings will be resettled. Comfortable housing will be provided to 2.7 thousand people.
It was also decided to comprehensively develop non-residential areas in the districts of Preobrazhenskoye, Kommunarka, Cheryomushki, Konkovo, Yasenevo, Marfino and Otradnoye. One of the sites is located in the Preobrazhenskoye district at 89 Krasnobogatyrskaya Street. Currently, warehouses, administrative buildings and other facilities are located there, according to the Moscow portal.
In addition, three industrial and social and business infrastructure facilities will be built in Moscow as part of the program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities. They will create over 2.8 thousand jobs, Sobyanin noted. The projects are being implemented through private investments, the press service noted.
