In Novosibirsk, a mother persuaded her nine-year-old son to use drugs, as a result of which the child was hospitalized. This was reported on September 24 in the regional Investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (IC RF).

According to preliminary data, a 41-year-old woman persuaded her son to try a banned substance. After that, the boy tried the drug with her. According to the press service of the department, the child became ill, after which he was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving the necessary medical care.

"At the request of the investigator, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for the defendant in the case and charged her with committing a crime under Part a of Part 3 of Article 230 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," the Telegram channel said.
