Lev Stupnikov, an ex-officer of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, who defected to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), was put on the federal wanted list. This was announced on September 24 by a representative of law enforcement agencies.

"Lev Stupnikov, born in 1999, has been put on the federal wanted list in Russia," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
