On September 24, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova ironically commented on footage that appeared online and in the media showing Polish President Karol Nawrocki putting an unknown substance under his lip right on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly (GA).
"While we were flying to New York, Westerners at the General Assembly were already 'breathing the air of freedom,'" she wrote on her Telegram channel.
