One person was killed in an accident in the Kaliningrad region.

As a result of an accident on the A229 Kaliningrad–Chernyakhovsk–Nesterov highway, one person was killed. This was announced on September 23 by the Prosecutor's office of the Kaliningrad region.

According to preliminary information, at about 20:30 local time (19:30 Moscow time), two cars and a regular bus collided near the village of Talpaki in the Gvardeysky district. It is specified that there are also victims as a result of the incident.

"The Prosecutor's office of the Gvardeysky district is monitoring the establishment of all the circumstances of the incident and the progress of the procedural check on this fact," the prosecutor's office said in a Telegram message.

The state traffic Inspectorate for the Irkutsk region reported on September 23 that a Ford Transit minibus, BMW and Toyota Caldina cars collided on the Academic Bridge in Irkutsk, injuring eight people.
