"As a result of the drone attack on the MCD (apartment building. — Ed.) A man was injured. The ambulance crew takes the victim with barotrauma, multiple shrapnel wounds to the Belgorod city hospital No. 2. Doctors assess his condition as moderate. The facade of an apartment building is damaged," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Another man with barotrauma was taken by an ambulance team to the city hospital No. 2, Gladkov added.

In addition, he reported problems with light and water supply in the village of Krasnaya Yaruga.

"Emergency services will begin restoration work after coordination with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. There are also problems with the water supply. He gave instructions to organize the delivery of water. This job will be done by morning. The district administration will provide all the details to the residents," the governor added.
