France called Macron's motorcade stop in New York a humiliation

Stopping the car of French President Emmanuel Macron in New York because of the motorcade of US President Donald Trump was a humiliation. Florian Philippot, the head of the French Patriots party, wrote about this on September 23 on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

"What other head of state [besides Macron] would want to play out such a ridiculous and humiliating scene?!" he wrote.

The politician called it inexcusable how the French leader humiliates his own country with his behavior.

Earlier in the day, BMFTV reported that in New York, police stopped Macron's car because of the passage of Trump's motorcade. It is noted that to resolve the situation, the French leader called the American.
