A special version of Moskvich 3 was included in the preferential program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

The manual-controlled Moskvich 3 crossover has been included in a special program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, which regulates special conditions for the purchase of manually operated vehicles. This was announced on September 23 in the press service of the capital's enterprise.

As part of the program, participants in a special military operation (SVO) can purchase such a Moskvich 3 with a preferential discount of 40% of the cost of the car. To apply for a loan, the borrower must provide documents confirming the status of a member of the CBR.

The Moskvich 3 RU model has a lever to the left of the steering wheel, which is connected to the pedal drives through a system of rods and cables. The control is carried out by moving the lever towards itself ("gas") and away from itself ("brake"). The installation of the manual control system is carried out on the assembly line of the metropolitan plant.

The Moskvich 3 RU crossover went on sale this spring. The recommended retail price is 1.99 million rubles. The car is presented in the same configuration with a 1.5-liter turbo engine and a CVT.

Earlier, on September 3, it was reported that sales of Moskvich cars in Russia in August 2025 decreased by 42% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 1,124 units.
