Peskov called the situation in the LPR difficult

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, during a briefing on September 23, described the difficult situation in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).

"President [of Russia Vladimir Putin] traditionally gives priority attention to the development of new regions of Russia. This conversation will continue today. Of course, there are a lot of questions. The situation there is not easy," he said.
