In India, relatives burned a woman alive after her husband's death, and the charred body was placed on railway tracks. Tripura Info reported this on September 23.

It is noted that 34-year-old man Prasenjit Sutradhar died as a result of an accident at work from a traumatic brain injury, a heavy pipe fell on his head. Meanwhile, the naked body of his 32-year-old wife Geeta Sutradhar was discovered four days later next to the railway tracks, 500 m from their house.

Upon learning about the incident, the parents of the man and the woman told the police that on Friday evening they burned Gita alive and left her body next to the railway tracks in order to clear themselves of suspicion, the material says.

It is emphasized that the murder occurred near the police station in the Sadhutilla area.
