The FAS has opened a case against a group of individuals.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has opened a case against a group of PIK individuals. This was announced on September 23 in the press service of the department.
"The agency found that the communications operator Lovitel and the management companies of residential complexes in Moscow, the Moscow Region and St. Petersburg, which are part of the PIK group, restricted access to infrastructure to other providers," the service wrote in its Telegram channel.
It is noted that such actions infringe on the interests of tenants and limit competition in the market of services.
