On September 23, Aeroflot announced plans to return to normal flight operations to and from Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow by the end of today.
"All airline services are operating in an enhanced mode. Work is underway with passengers of canceled and delayed flights at all departure airports," the airline wrote on its Telegram channel.
Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, announced on September 22 that temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft had been introduced at Sheremetyevo. At the same time, it was reported that as a result of the introduction of time restrictions at the airport, six flights were canceled, 13 more were postponed, and 40 were delayed. Later, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency announced the lifting of restrictions.
