More than 132 thousand residents of Transbaikalia were vaccinated against influenza

In the Trans-Baikal Territory, more than 132 thousand people have been vaccinated against influenza. The vaccination plan has been completed by 21%.

According to the ChitaMedia news agency, 60.1 thousand children and 72 thousand adults were vaccinated. Vaccination is carried out free of charge for citizens from risk groups in clinics in Chita and other municipalities.

The vaccination campaign started at the end of August.

Last week, an increase in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections was recorded in Russia. In some regions, the number of new patients doubled, with a nationwide increase of 64%.
